DELIVERY, RETURNS & LOST PURCHASE POLICY
Delivery
For items that are in stock, we aim to have them dispatched within 48 hours!. For custom or personalised items delivery dates may be a little longer but all orders are usually dispatched with 3-4 days if the item which requires personalisation is in stock. All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery and are delivered via Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ service or Parcel2Go Carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery is calculated by weight and delivery costs will be shown after you add an item to your cart.
All parcels are fully traceable within the order status page of your account, simply login and enter your order number and email address. You will then be given order information along with a Royal Mail or Parcels2Go tracking number. You can the visit the appropriate website and enter your tracking number via the link in the order status page.
Lost or Damaged Shipment

Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product. You will have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right and will apply to your order unless your order was a custom or personalised order in which case no refund will be given unless a mistake has been made on the part of the Engraving Gallery or The product and / or product seal has been broken on an off the shelf item.
We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The Engraving Gallery guarantee every product that we sell will always be of the best possible quality. All products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than are required by law. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation, this however does not include any p&p as a result of both sending an item to the customer and the customer returning an item. You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage.
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address below:
