All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. The Engraving Gallery Ltd aims to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages is correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which you place your order. The Engraving Gallery cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted on despatch and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability of Goods
All items are either usually despatched within 1 working day for off the shelf items, 3-4 days for custom made items or temporarily unavailable items, if not in stock. If The Engraving Gallery have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered we will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our stock quantities we reserve the right to discontinue items without written notice to customers and all relevant products will be removed from the website within 24hours of discontinuing the item. If you have ordered a discontinued item you will be contacted by email to discuss an alternative item or refund.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. A delivery tracking number will be issued as soon as an item is dispatched.
Our Contract
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have despatched the product(s) to you. This email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. If we confirm to you that some but not other products that you have ordered have been despatched, those product(s) that have not been despatched will not form part of our contract with you. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and The Engraving Gallery will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron, and personal cheques.
Coupon Redemption
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.
Force majeure
The Engraving Gallery shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit The Engraving Gallery 's liability for death or personal injury as a result of The Engraving Gallery 's negligence.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and The Engraving Gallery shall be governed by English Law and you and The Engraving Gallery submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
