If you just don't want the items we have sent to you, you can return them back to us. They must be unused and in their original condition. The returned product/s must include all of the contents including instructions and packaging.
We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
We are unable to accept the return of items that have been personalised, made to order or customised to your specific requirements unless the item is faulty.
We are unable to accept the return of personalised items where you have made an error in the spelling of the personalisation.
If on the rare occasion, you have received a fault on the personalisation of a product, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org If the mistake is on our part, we will replace immediately.
Items that have arrived damaged.
We pack all orders very carefully, but if anything is damaged in transit, we will replace it immediately. Simply take a photo of the item, clearly showing the damage incurred and email it to email@example.com with details of your order and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out immediately.
